What we learn

Body alignment

Learnign how to align body in a healthier way helps us to keep ourself free from injury and allows our bodies to move optimally.

Gentle Stretching & joint mobility

By engaging in gentle stretching and joint mobility we enhance our general health and increase ability to move freely and comfortably.

Breath awareness

By developing our awarenes of how we breath we learn to release tension and cultivate mindfulness, experiencing a greater sense of calm and relaxation in our daily lives.

About Christie

Christie is a dedicated, and well established Tai Chi teacher with over 35 years of experience. She is recognised by the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain and brings a wealth of additional expertise, including massage therapy certification from the London School of Alternative Medicine & a City & Guilds qualification in Seated Acupressure Therapy
